The Story

PropTech is an enterprise-grade, white-label customer engagement platform designed for lenders. The platform offers real-time marketing capabilities, CRM integrations, and data warehouse functionality.  

The CEO is known as the godfather of technology in Austin, TX. He has been building successful tech companies since the mid-1990s and has unwavering standards when it comes to choosing partner organizations.  

PropTech's digital architecture is incredibly complex, which means the organization has a demand for skilled and multifaceted team members. The Business Challenge

The CEO and his team tried outsourcing some of its technical software development work to an offshore team in India. However, the partnership wasn’t meeting PropTech’s needs, and the CEO was looking for an alternative. 

PropTech’s leadership was up for trying to outsource one more time. They realized the cost-saving and efficiency benefits that offshoring provided, but they needed to ensure their next attempt was a success. To achieve this, they partnered with Upstart 13.
